What a delightful little gem of a place! Sitting at the kitchen table enjoying our tasty breakfast we imagined what life must have been like for our early pioneers and in particular Bertha Brown's story. Thank you for welcoming us from our online communication, our stay and duration. Such a great sense of welcome. We wish you well and wish the future of this cottage a wonderful life journey.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful and welcoming place to stay for our first time in the Yarra Valley. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. It was a delightful location for a quiet NYE.

An amazing set up which brought us back to our childhood. Thankyou for sharing. This is somewhere we would definitely come back to and recommend.

We've had a very enjoyable brief stay at Bertha's Cottage starting with a late lunch at Altair followed by a very cosy evening watching The Cats thrash The Swans. We loved the authenticity of the respectful restoration of the cottage and the perfect interior complimenting the era.

We couldn't have found a better spot to get ready for our wedding! So cosy and perfect! Thankyou for being so thoughtful and accomodating. It helped to make a very busy day run smoothly. Hope to come again soon!

How fabulous to arrive home from a wedding at Potters to find the porch light on, the heater running and some delicious chocolate and brandy on offer for supper. So comfortable and relaxing with a lovely selection of breakfast options to choose from. We will be back!
